If you are invited to submit a Grant Application Form, you will be asked to provide your organization's most recent Form 990, a current P&L (Operating Budget), a Balance Sheet, Project Budget (this is part of application form), Annual Report (if available) and an Audit for the last fiscal year (if annual budget is greater than $250,000 or a review by an independent, certified public accountant if annual budget is greater then $100,000 but less than $250,000).
