General Instructions

The first step in the application process is to submit a Letter of Intent. Be sure to follow the format carefully and please do not submit an LOI more than one to one and one-half pages in length. It must be in our office or post-marked by March 10th. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt card from the Foundation.
The Foundation will carefully consider each LOI and will issue Requests for Proposals not later that April 1st.
