General Information
- The first step in the application process is to submit a Letter of Intent Form. Be sure to follow the application instructions carefully. Letter of Intent Forms will be accepted thru December 16, 2011, (must be received by email, or postmarked by December 16, 2011). You will receive an acknowledgement that your LOI form has been received.
- The Foundation will carefully consider each LOI and will select up to 20 applicants to complete our Community Impact Grant Application Form which will be due by January 19th.
- Community Impact Grant Application Forms are accepted by invitation only.
